Each year at this time, REALTOR® magazine, published by NAR, and Remodeling magazine, published by Hanley-Wood, team up to produce the Remodeling Cost vs. Value Report. It provides resale values for popular remodeling projects in 80 U.S. metro markets. The 2011-2012 Cost vs. Value Report will be published in late 2011.
Resale values are derived from a survey completed by REALTORS®, including appraisers, in the 80 markets. Appraisers are perhaps best qualified to provide resale value estimates. However, in the past, there hasn’t been a great deal of appraiser participation in the survey. We’d like to change that! To participate in this year’s Cost vs. Value survey, use the link below (or copy and paste the Web address into your browser) and follow the instructions:
Your email address is used only to log in and to resume a saved survey that you don’t complete in one sitting. It won’t be shared with any organizations or parties other than those responsible for the production of the 2011-12 Cost vs. Value Report.
To maximize survey returns, Remodeling magazine is offering an incentive! REALTORS® who are eligible, who complete the 2011-12 Cost vs. Value survey on or before midnight September 30, 2011, and who provide complete registration information will be entered in a special drawing. Three grand prizes of $500 will be awarded.*
Thank you. Your input is vital to the success of the study.
*NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER the drawing. Limit of one entry per person. The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older, have Internet access and a valid e-mail account, and are current members of NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® in one of the 80 qualifying metropolitan areas listed in the official rules on the website. Void where prohibited by law. To read the official rules, click the following link:
